How do they claim the gift?
They open their claim link here on echoesmemoirs.com and set up their own Echoes account — that’s the whole thing. When they download the app and sign in, everything is already unlocked: interviews, audiobook, memoir, family sharing. No code to type, nothing to buy.
When do I receive the gift?
Instantly. The moment your payment completes, their claim link and gift code appear on screen — and we email both to you for safekeeping. If you gave us their email, we send them their link straight away as well.
What if they lose the code?
No worries — it’s in your confirmation email, and we can always help at echoes-support@agenticsoftwaresolutions.io.
I was given a code — where do I use it?
Right here: echoesmemoirs.com/redeem. Enter the code, set up your Echoes account, and everything is unlocked before you even download the app.
Does the gift expire?
No. Gift codes don’t expire — there’s no deadline to redeem, and no rush to find the right moment.
Can they use the gift on multiple devices?
Yes. Once redeemed, their access is tied to their Echoes account and works across all their devices.
What about refunds?
If the gift code hasn't been redeemed yet, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. Once it's been redeemed we consider refunds case by case — just reach out. Refunding a gift deactivates its code.
