Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once — $199 — and there is nothing to renew: no monthly fees, no renewing after a year. Your stories belong to you.
What's included in Echoes Complete?
Everything. The full guided interview experience, transcripts of every session, the Audio Memoir built from their real recordings, and the print-ready PDF memoir, both ready to send to the whole family. There are no tiers and nothing held back.
Can my family be part of it?
They're who it's for. When the memoir is finished, send the Audio Memoir and PDF memoir to them straight from the app. They don't need an Echoes account to listen or read.
What if the storyteller isn't tech-savvy?
No problem. The app is designed to be intuitive — just press record and start talking. No complicated menus or settings needed.
How long do my recordings last?
You choose how long they are kept. You can keep them indefinitely, or have each story — its recording and transcript — deleted automatically after three years or one year. You make the choice when you set up the app and can change it at any time in Settings.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes — the app includes a built-in demo. Answer one question and hear it woven into a short narrated sample, before you buy.
What if I'm not happy with Echoes?
Purchases made on this website are refundable within 30 days — for gifts, as long as the code hasn't been redeemed. Purchases made inside the app are handled by Apple through its own refund process. Send us a message and we'll sort it out.
Can I gift Echoes?
